We currently ship to almost every country in the world. These are the only countries we cannot ship to: Afghanistan, Belarus, Brazil, Cuba, Eritrea, Eswatini, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Libya, North Korea, Russia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine, Venezuela and Yemen.

We fulfill all orders within 24 hours on average. After that, these are the shipping times for each region.

EU:

Normal shipping: 3-8 business days

Express shipping: 1-3 business days

USA and Canada:

Normal shipping: 8-14 business days

Express shipping: 2-3 business days

Rest of the world:

Normal shipping: 8-14 business days

Express shipping: 2-5 business days

Please be aware that you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to report any missing items.

1. Verify which items are missing from your package.

2. Contact the delivery company to inquire if the missing items are scheduled for separate delivery.

3. Email our support team at reliquecases@gmail.com with the details of your missing items and specify whether you would like a replacement or a refund.

Our support team will look into the matter, and if any items are confirmed to be missing, we will work to provide you with your requested solution.

If something arrives noticeably damaged, please snap some photos or take a video of the products and send a claim to reliquecases@gmail.com.

Once we confirm the damages, we’ll either send you replacement items at no cost, offer a partial refund or a full refund depending on the extent of the damage.
